about me
Hey there! I'm Mistake, a 19-year-old business analytics student from the USA. My pronouns are he/it, and I'm a furry, demisexual biromantic, and all-around big queer! Creativity is at the core of who I am. Whether it's drawing, writing, or diving into a new project, I love bringing unique ideas to life. My artwork is a visual gateway into the world of my original characters, their stories, and the emotions they carry. When I'm not creating, you'll probably find me immersed in video games. Some of my current favorites include Baldur's Gate 3, Clinical Trial, Va-11 Hall-A, Minecraft, Cult of the Lamb, and Pokémon. I also have a deep love for animals, especially dogs, cats, and (of course) seals. My ultimate dream is to take some of my OC's, and incorporate them into a fully realized 2D visual novel. While there's still a lot of writing to be done, I hope to share their stories eventually! I would love to write a modern-fantasy world, and explore deeply personal themes like mental health, self-destruction, codependency, toxic love, and self-discovery.

This site wouldn't be here without some major inspiration! I was heavily influenced by the YouTuber luvstarkei and the creative energy of the Neocities community. Also, a huge shoutout to my girlfriend, June, who helped me fix formatting issues, implement my blog properly, and teach me the ropes of web design... because, let's be real, I had absolutely zero background in coding before this. She did probably 95% of the JavaScript.
